This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Tomoko Ito Prezia Oliveira (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R707055 and the undersigned client (you), for the purpose of : information on Canadian immigration options according to the profile of the applicant for this service.  The migratory options presented will be according to the current situation of the individual and based on the information shared on the contact form.

The Client is obliged to pay a fee of  C$ 230.00-/60min. This includes the access to the online immigration course.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please be advised that Tomoko Ito Prezia Oliveira is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its Bylaw, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

クライアントは、以下の金額を支払う事に同意します。230カナダドル/60分。ここには、オンラインコースであるカナダ移住マスターコースへのアクセスを含みます。

この同意書は、アルバータ州の州法、および該当するカナダの連邦法に準拠するものとします。

Tomoko Ito Prezia Oliveira は、カナダ政府公認移民コンサルタントの正式メンバーであり、By-law 及び Code of Professional Ethics、規則に従っています。
